Morning Cup of Joe – Let Go & Let God

Let Go & Let God only after you have exhausted all of your options. Letting go and letting God simply means you have to know when your part ends and his part begins. It is imperative that you maintain an understanding that God is in complete control. The sooner you release control over to God, the sooner he can start working on your problem. Do not be misled, letting go doesn’t mean completely releasing all responsibility to God; you must absolutely do whatever it takes to make sure that what you want to happen happens.

Obviously, God will never give you more than you can handle and we have countless examples in our lives where this is true. You must also know that he will never leave you nor forsake you. The strength and security of your faith will determine whether you overcome your obstacles or not. Letting God simply means trusting God to make a way out of seemingly no way. Maintain the unwavering faith that He will and you will never be disappointed. However, faith without works is dead. Not only is it important that you have faith that God will make a way but you must also work towards that which you seek. Just like you can’t do it alone, neither can He; do your part.

Take a moment to reflect back to when He created a miracle in your life. Think back to a point in your life when you thought no hope was left and even considered quitting as an option but he came through like a clutch player in the 9th inning. God made a way before and is capable of doing it again. The fact that you are reading this is proof of one thing, you are alive. And since you are alive, understand that you are greater than any problem. Understand that you have in your corner a King that has never lost any battles; you don’t have to wait until the going gets tough to reach over and tag Him in.

He is able.

To The Top!

  1. This is a great truth to realize and internalize. We must always do our part knowing that God is in control. He wants to be what he calls us to be, but we have to work to become it, when we show effort he will continue shows grace, mercy, and blessing.
