Morning Cup of Joe – Unselfish Blessings

You ever wonder why it seems like some people never worry about anything. All of their needs and even some of their wants always seem to be met. Please understand that it’s not by coincidence. It’s simply based on the fact that they are givers. When we serve as a blessing to others, our blessings come seamlessly. The people who have and will continue to experience increase in their lives are the ones who are not afraid to give without regret. When we bless God’s children unselfishly, God blesses us unselfishly.

We have all heard the old adage “To whom much is given, much more is required”. Unfortunately, there aren’t enough people who subscribe to this concept. Most people subscribe to the idea that the more they have, the more they want and the more they should hold on to. They never consider the fact that they have been blessed with what they have in order to provide for others. The more we provide for others unselfishly, the more we will be blessed with to provide.

Walk in the understanding that your gifts are meant to be shared. The more you try to hold on to them, the less you will have. And besides, you can’t take them with you when you expire out of your earth suit anyway so why not share your gifts with the world while you can. Here’s a little secret; the more you give, the more you will have and the more you have, the more you should give. If you haven’t been experiencing increase in your harvest, try giving some of it away to someone in need. And almost like magic, your storehouse will begin to overflow.

God truly blesses those who unselfishly bless others.
