Morning Cup of Joe – Who Can You Trust?

One of the greatest barriers to success is placing your trust in someone else’s opinions about what you should do with your life. People will always have opinions and most will share even of it’s unsolicited. At all times maintain the understanding that your opinion of yourself is the only opinion that matters. Often we seek the advice and guidance of others to help direct our path, this can be dangerous; you are the answer to your problems. One of the most important factors to experiencing wild success is trusting yourself.

Growing up my mother would always say that she wanted me to be a doctor. This goal wasn’t far-fetched nor unreachable but it wasn’t my goal. It wasn’t a future I envisioned for myself. Now don’t get me wrong, I had no idea that I would become a speaker and trainer either. My goal has always been to change the world around me but to change it my way.

We talk ourselves out of blessings simply because we don’t trust ourselves enough. Every decision we make leads us closer to our predestined fate. Everyone is equipped with intuition, trust yours.

You have to live with every decision you make which is why it’s critically important that you trust yourself and trust the fact that the decisions you make are the right ones for you. I’m not saying to not seek out advice; it is wise to seek counsel from those who are wise. I’m just saying to trust yourself a little more. You may not even need the advice. The answer you seek is within you.

To The Top!
